Manoli is a bar that is always on the move. We bring really good drinks and bar culture to every place in town. For the bar makes the difference. We are the bar.
EVERYTHING MATTERS
We bring everything with us: the right lighting, the perfect glass, the best ice cubes and professional equipment. We take care of everything.
We are craftsmen of good taste, enthusiasts of liquid luck and even well after midnight still attentive listeners.
We create individual drinks, recommend good products and combine our own bar menus for every occasion. Our drink concepts are contemporary and innovative. We have classic cocktails and long drinks where ever we go.
We are passionate about working with spirits and ingredients from Berlin and the surrounding area, but we also fulfil wishes for favourite distillates from all over the world. We keep sustainability in mind. Whenever possible, we do without disposable products and use drinking straws made of glass.
TRADITION
SINCE 2018
We are a young bar with a long tradition.
The makers are Peer Zimmermann, bar master and man of action, who has been creating bar culture for more than 20 years, Leila Jordy, junior project manager and bartender Serge M. Soppa, a drinks researcher with his finger on the pulse of the times.
Oscar Bruns, with all his enthusiasm for catering and good events, is responsible for logistics and personnel operations.
Inspirer and gastro-entrepreneur David Fuld usually works in front of the bar, leaving Steffen T. Sengebusch to take care of brand, sales and communication.
We are all united by the dream of our favourite drink.
Our team includes passionate barkeepers, baristas and logistics providers.
