The makers are Peer Zimmermann, bar master and man of action, who has been realising bar culture for more than 20 years, and Serge M. Soppa, project manager and barkeeper, who, as a drinks researcher, follows the pulse of time.
Inspirer and gastronomic entrepreneur David Fuld usually acts in front of the bar and has Sabine Blumenschein and Steffen T. Sengebusch take care of logistics, sales and communication.
